LOL!! Average of once every 2 years is not rare!
ReplyDeleteAlthough this period now does coincide with signals that have only appeared 5-10 times in the last 70 years.
So buying S&P500 or Nasdaq or MSCI All World now will have very good chance of giving you good returns over the next 10-15 years.
But you'll still need to be prepared to sit thru a few -20% declines & probably 1 mild recession (about -30% to -35% decline) along the way.
Interesting thought, do you really think that we will recover just like any other previous drop? Or will COVID-19 cause further harm to the stock market as life gets further put on hold for some?
