What they are lacked of is a SYSTEM.
A TESTED AND PROVEN SYSTEM to help them to decide whether to buy and sell.
System tells you to buy, you buy.
System tells you to sell, you sell.
If you buy a stock without a TESTED and PROVEN SYSTEM, I will strongly encourage to stop whatever you are doing, and think again.
